Smart UV Sterilizer
Ultraviolet (UV) light is invisible radiation with wavelengths between 10–400nm. In particular, the UV-C range (200–280nm) delivers powerful germicidal effects. A UV sterilizer harnesses this energy to directly damage the DNA and RNA of harmful microorganisms — including bacteria, viruses, and protozoa — permanently blocking their ability to reproduce. Unlike chemical disinfectants, UV treatment leaves no residue and does not alter water chemistry.
KLISGLOBAL provides turnkey solutions — from conventional UV systems to advanced UV sterilization equipment — covering design, manufacturing, and installation.
Medium Pressure UV

A broad-spectrum UV disinfection system that inactivates pathogens across a wide wavelength range — designed for high-performance aquaculture.Medium pressure UV lamps emit broad-spectrum UV light (200–400nm), penetrating the DNA and RNA of bacteria, viruses, and protozoa to prevent replication. Unlike low pressure UV (single wavelength, 254nm), medium pressure UV eliminates a wider range of pathogens while also breaking down chemical contaminants such as chloramines.
-
200 nm-400 nm multi-band continuous UV spectrum
-
Use germicidal lamps manufactured in Germany or the United States
-
Effective life: 8000-12000 hours
-
Chamber material: SUS 316L
-
Pressure resistance 0.7Mpa
-
Automatic cleaning device and Siemens PLC/HMI
-
Remote control and monitoring via Modbus

Low Pressure UV

An energy-efficient UV disinfection system that eliminates pathogens using a single germicidal wavelength — reliable, chemical-free, and cost-effective.Low pressure UV sterilizers emit UV-C light at a single wavelength of 253.7nm — the peak absorption range for microbial DNA — effectively inactivating bacteria and viruses with minimal energy consumption. Chemical-free treatment ensures water chemistry remains unaffected, while long lamp life and low operating costs make it the ideal choice for small-to-medium scale aquaculture operations.

UV-Ozone AOP System

AOP (Advanced Oxidation Process) combines ultraviolet (UV) light and ozone (O₃) to generate hydroxyl radicals (·OH) in water — one of the most powerful oxidizing agents found in nature. Unlike conventional UV or ozone treatment alone, UV-Ozone AOP breaks down refractory organic compounds, trace contaminants, and off-flavor substances such as geosmin and MIB that standard disinfection methods cannot remove. The synergistic effect of UV and ozone delivers far superior disinfection and oxidation performance compared to either technology used independently.
-
Built-in PSA oxygen concentrator
-
Air-cooled titanium ceramic discharger for ozone generation.
-
To avoid leakage, ozone gas is injected into water by negative pressure.
-
Boosting pump, ozone injector and check valvemounted.
-
An air vent is installed onthe top of ozone mixing tank.
-
Inlet and outlet are both on the back, convenient for connection.
-
The cabinet panels are removable for easy maintenance.
-
Multiple systems can be freely combined to form a larger scale

UV-Photocatalyst AOP System

UV-Photocatalyst AOP is an Advanced Oxidation Process that combines ultraviolet (UV) light with a TiO₂ (titanium dioxide) photocatalyst to generate hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in water. These highly reactive compounds break down contaminants that conventional UV or chemical treatments cannot remove — including refractory organic matter, off-flavor substances (geosmin & MIB), antibiotic residues, and chloramines. Operating on light and catalyst alone, it is a fully chemical-free water purification technology.
-
Nano TiO2 photocatalyst.
-
UV lamps with 185nm and 254nm wavelength output.
-
LPHOorAmalgam lamps, with rated life 10000-16,000 hours.
-
Slip-on flange, flexible connection.
-
Oxygen in water radiated by 185nm UV, forming ozone and hydroxyl free radical(•OH)
