Smart Aquaculture and automatic control
KLISGLOBAL is a smart automatic control specialist with the largest number of smart automatic control projects in Korea.
SCADA Integrated Control System
Everything in One Place — Intelligent Integrated Operations Platform
All distributed sensors, actuators, and control devices across the aquaculture facility are interconnected through a unified network for centralized management. Going beyond simple monitoring, our system continuously analyzes collected data and automatically executes optimal control commands — delivering a truly smart aquaculture operations platform.
OPC UA Communication Protocol
Seamless Integration Across All Devices — Open Industrial Standard
By adopting the internationally recognized OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture) protocol, the system delivers:
-
Unrestricted integration of devices from diverse manufacturers
-
Enhanced security for all data communications
-
Flexible connectivity with upper-level ERP and cloud-based systems
Real-Time Data Acquisition & Analytics
Millisecond-Level Collection → Big Data & AI-Ready
-
Key parameters — water temperature, DO (Dissolved Oxygen), pH, and salinity — are collected at millisecond (ms) intervals
-
Data is stored in a Time-Series Database, enabling real-time trend monitoring and analysis
-
Accumulated data serves as the foundation for future Big Data analytics and AI model training

Integrated Monitoring (HMI)
Your Entire Facility at a Glance
A large-screen HMI (Human Machine Interface) installed in the central control room provides operators with an intuitive graphical interface — delivering real-time visualization of water quality status, pump operations, and alarm histories all in one place..

KLISGLOBAL's SCADA-based Smart Aquaculture System
Korea's first SCADA-based aquaculture farm automatic control system
-
Integration of factory automation technology based on SCADA, proven reliable in industrial sectors, into aquaculture farm automation and control
-
The entire aquaculture process is subdivided by function, allowing modular installation based on on-site requirements
-
Each module is linked to a central monitoring system through a standardized integrated process
-
Numerical and video data generated throughout the process are stored in a format convertible to databases, facilitating easy integration with external programs for AI applications such as big data analysis, dataset development, and deep learning system implementation

Aquaculture monitoring
KLISGLOBAL was the first in Korea to introduce a SCADA-based monitoring system to a fish farm.

SCADA is a facility monitoring method applied to factory automation, and is a technology with long-term stability and compatibility.
Establish a communication network between measuring equipment and connect the control communication network for various facilities in the aquaculture farm.
Automatic facility control system
Establishment of a centralized fault prediction, control, and monitoring system linked to a PLC or monitoring system.

-
Real-time automatic control reflecting real-time measurement values, and status monitoring through feedback after automatic control is implemented.
-
Facility-specific failure prediction monitoring (usage time, heat generation, vibration)
-
Supporting user decision-making through measurement trend views
-
Emergency notification/alarm system activated
-
Open architecture that can be linked with PLC, redundant control method to prepare for communication failure
Oxygen automatic supply system
Stable operation of oxygen supply within the tank is the most important factor in closed-loop RAS, Reliable system operation through various disaster preparedness systems

-
Korea's first dual data collection system
-
Simultaneous local/remote control, control duplication
-
Dual valve design to protect against valve failure
-
Dissolver oxygen supply control system, hyperoxia prevention device
-
Building an uninterruptible/non-stop supply system
Data collection and transformation
The most important thing for building an AI-based aquaculture system is data collection. When data is directly entered from the field, human error occurs and the amount of data to be processed is extensive and large. To solve the above problem, a solution is needed that allows users to easily manage and monitor big data collected in real time from numerous devices (PLC, Controller, IOT sensors, etc.) installed in various industrial sites. Through this, big data can be collected stably and processed and operated in the format desired by the user (DB storage, CSV file storage, real-time server connection).

-
Efficient data collection for big data
-
OPC UA technology certification and built-in various communication protocols
-
Real-time tag value fluctuations and modeling
-
Support for Visual Studio, .Net, and JavaScript
-
Support for various SQL databases and integration with higher-level systems
-
Uninterrupted service
